If you take the ages and other problematic situations out of it, this is very good erotica, but I don't think you can really separate the young ages of the characters, the rape that is described, and the many non-concentual situation from the thinly vailed story.  

I understand this was written with the intent of it being dub-con and beyond Beauty's control, but what keeps BDSM safe is the consent and conversation. Intentionally omitting those elements spreads dangerous behavior
