ugh, this is why I really shouldn't read self-published books...  So many times I nearly gave up, and honestly I still don't really know why I finished it.  What could have been a fascinating and unique take on the Jewish fate in WWII became badly written, trite garbage.

The author used so many contrived ways to tell the reader what had happened, like the frankly ridiculous "oh I don't know how to kill some time, I know, I'll re-read my diary from when I was a child..."

Muddled, riddled with editing errors and frankly drove me insane
