IDK, I just didn't really get the point of this? It's very meandering, and it doesn't really feel like it has a point. I could see this appealing to a certain kind of teenager, but in a way that just reinforces their feelings about the world and doesn't challenge anything. Suicide is treated almost like a punchline, and the relationship between students and teachers is nearly romanticized. Nothing that really appealed to me.
