There are other books that do the single parent/guardian, sibling’s best friend, sports, forced proximity tropes much better.
Luckily this was an audiobook included with Scribd.
The steam was fine but the pacing was a bit strange. I wish it were more of a slow burn but they were intimate on their first night on the road together.
The “rules” they put in place for each other because they didn’t want to upset his sister and they said they only wanted it to be a temporary fling was a weak reason not to fall for each other, especially with how they were both involved with raising the kid.
