Happy Place by Emily Henry

3.0

3.5, closer to a 3 than a 4. This was hard to rate, like other Henry's. Generally, I loved her writing style for a majority of it and the relationship was interesting to see. The relationship between Harry and her friends was even more interesting, and i'm glad she took time to explore this throughout the book instead of it relying solely on the couple to carry this book.
Spoiler
Of Note:
- Not a fan of how reliant the plot was on Wyn in the beginning. It felt like the only thing that mattered about Harry was her ex, but i'm glad it drifted off that towards the end.
- The drama between the main three friends saved this for me. I was so invested in their blow up, and this extends to her parents as well.
- Some of the lines felt so out of place, like they were too "quirky banter," especially during and close to the sex scenes and generally, whenever Harry and Wyn were together.

Sll in all, another Emily Henry classic. I gave it a 3+, but I don't regret reading this at all.
