This was a quick and easy listen. And here's what I think - I can totally see how someone would not like the advice given in this book. It's not exactly the norm when it comes to things you like to hear. But honestly, I'm not sure what this says about me, but I can relate a LOT with many of the points given in here. There's a whole bunch of truth bombs being dropped and I almost feel as if anyone who disagrees or thinks the views expressed are too out there, are the ones who are missing the plot. They're the ones who are having trouble, or not connected, or are trying to find answers to questions to help them live better lives. I feel like if you're needing some sort of guidance. Like if you're not happy and you consider yourself connected to the world thanks to internet and social media and consumerism, then you really need to listen to what's being said here. Because a lot of it is stuff that I've come to realize on my own over the past few years, and even though I'm not showing it anywhere or posting about it every chance I get or making it a point to throw it in anyones face - I'm pretty damn happy with life and what I have. There are some great messages to be learned here, but you have to be willing to accept the blunt truth of stuff before you can understand them.
