Already spearheading a read-aloud family of my own, this book reaffirmed my beliefs about reading with my kids. It also gave me some new ideas, including conversation starters and specific book recommendations. I am also a listener of Sarah’s podcast and I was happy to recognize suggestions I have already heard, they are great reminders.
I did find the religious references distracting throughout the book, likely because I am not religious. They can be overlooked, however.
