meh. it was fine! not my favorite but i see its merits. I liked how quick it went (almost felt like i picked out a short story), the author’s writing style, and the bits of humor mixed in. The story just didnt excite me and by the end, dove too much into fantasy to enjoy. I’d still try another book of hers to see what I think?
