Cute lovibg characters, some of them being introduced to usnin this first Moomin book.
It is a children's book, but any adult can enjoy it, as it is not childish. The story is a simple adventure of Moomintroll and his mama looking for Moominpappa. Along the way they see many places and find many creatures, and many often help them on their quest.
A big bonus of the book is Tove's illustrations, which are very pretty even if monochromatic.
This is not supposed to be the best book, but it makes a good introduction to the universe.
