Cecily is running from a dangerous situation with her ex-husband and needed help getting out of it. She calls a friend that has a job at Wells Ranch and starts driving.
Austin Wells is afraid of losing someone again, he doesn’t get attached and he is focused on his work…. Until the blonde, blue eyed, bombshell wrecks his whole life.. in the best way.
These two can’t stop the push that is pulling them together but Cecily has a hard time trusting. Their budding friendship turns into something MUCH more. He will protect her at whatever cost.
When I say I ATE this book up I literally did and I would do it again too. Alive and Wells releases 11.20.23 and you absolutely need to have this one on your TBR.
the emotional damage I went through was worth it because I was also giggling and kicking my feet through other parts of the book. Austin is THE standard and that’s just it.
