I picked this one up from my local library, and wow, I’m so glad I did. It was everything I wanted and more.
Elliot is seriously becoming one of my favorite book boyfriends. His love for Macy is so pure and eternal. You can feel how deeply he cares about her in every scene, every part of their lives, and it made my heart ache in the best way.
I also really loved Sean. Their breakup was handled so well, with zero drama, and that honestly made me love the story even more. They were both so understanding and respectful, and it didn’t turn into this big mess. It was just mature and real.
And the “then” and “now” chapters? I enjoyed both equally. The past was so sweet and full of first love feelings, while the present had this emotional depth that hit hard.
