๐๐ก๐ ๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ is the second book in the Sunday Morning series by Jewel E. Ann, featuring an age-gap, forbidden romance for Eve and Kyle. Eveโs spitfire personality stood out to me, when I read Sarahโs story, so I was excited to see what kind of trouble she would find for herself. The preacherโs daughter falls for the older single-dad neighbor? Sounds about right! I loved every riveting minute of this journey to another decadeโฆ the clever dialogue, the understanding, the angst and yearning, the chemistry, the family tension and expectations, and the high emotions and surprises!! I felt it all! I loved the romance, and the sweet moments with Josh. And yet, when things took a shocking turn, as they always do with this author, I found myself with tears pouring down my cheeks in a cathartic way. JEA always handles the deep emotional topics with utmost grace and care. With two sistersโ stories successfully out in the world, I canโt wait to see how Gabbyโs story goes!
