Baltimore #6
Romantic Suspense #21
Not one of my top of this series. I didn't feel the connection as much between the characters for the romance aspect. While the case in the story revealed much of his past, it felt very one sided with her talking about hers. There was also a little too much talking about what the "plan" was for everything. What they are going to do with women and children and who will go. Who are they going to go question and when. The suspense was just low for me because of that.
There has been better in the series as far as all aspects of the romance, suspense, figuring out whodunit.
