This had potential but I think the mixing of actual plot points like her son crying with gothic fantasy them on a boat and drowing or something made it hard to follow the story, which lessened my enjoyment of it
I liked the 1812 timeline a lot more than 1816especially because I hated Percy and Clara but some things could have been expanded on what's with the fish head?? and I think the hints of Frankenstein were there creepy David but I think the hints were too light handed, I would rather they have been more heavy handed
