I think it was better than the first book. They stopped wandering around in Seattle and now they wait in Peru (it sounds pretty random, and it is). But the wandering around happens in the characters' relationship, their acceptance (or lack thereof) of their feelings. Forward, backward, forward. I really relished that. I think that some of the flaws of the first book were much improved in this one. So, overall I enjoyed this book. Except the OW drama, I hated that.
Beware, it ends on a huge cliffhanger, so you better have the next book ready when you reach the end (I do).
