The Pioneer Woman: Black Heels to Tractor Wheels: A Love Story
by Ree Drummond
I'm a little biased but I loved this book. A long time ago, this story is what got me totally into the Pioneer Woman. I remember sitting down and reading the whole thing one afternoon on my computer, so I kinda knew the book would be good as well.
There are some important differences though between the blog and book, most importunity style. The book, as you might imagine, is less off the cuff, her editors definitely reigned her in a bit. While some reviewers found this troublesome, and while I did miss some of the PW's quirks, I wasn't really bothered by it. I also loved the new 3rd part of the book- for this alone it was worth the price.
Overall, if you're a PW fan- read it. If you love romance novels: definitely read it, because it's more amazing when you know it's real.
