In the Afterlight

I honestly was worried that Ruby and Liam wouldn’t get a HEA after everything they have been through.
Final thoughts: thankfully this didn’t feel as jumbled as the second one and was able to stay focused. There was a lot of back and forth between the characters and a strain to the relationships that were really realistic to their situation.
I wish in the end we got multiple perspectives because there are some things I wish I was able to see only in Liam’s, Chubs or even Vida’s head. Vida grew on me in the end, almost like how she grew on Chubs.
I wish we could have gotten an epilogue on the characters because while the ending was perfect I still want to know about more down the line but I guess that’s what The Darkest Legacy is for 🤷🏼♀️
