I read The Genome Odyssey over the span of about a month and I feel like this was the best way to read it, in bits and pieces. The overwhelming amount of scientific information is difficult to sort through at first, but it flows better as the book progresses. There are so many fascinating cases/stories that the author explains and the scientific advancement in the past decade is truly amazing. The author is obviously very knowledgeable about the subject and you can tell that in each chapter. The human genome is fascinating and if you are at all curious to learn more, I would highly recommend picking this one up!
