Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen

4.0

I'm going to give this 3.5 stars, but I'm rounding up to four because I believe it's going to help me understand a wealth of references to Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth Bennet that I would otherwise be missing out on. One of my biggest gripes is half the time I couldn't tell who was speaking!, but as Jane Austin herself said on such criticism, "I do not write for such dull Elves." Label me 'Legolas the Lunkhead,' I guess. My enjoyment of the novel was heightened by concurrently reading Pride and Prejudice and Zombies.
