Legendary
by Stephanie Garber
"Legendary" by Stephanie Garber takes us deeper into the enchanting world of Caraval, this time through the eyes of Donatella (Tella). With new revelations about the fates and Legend himself, this sequel brings fresh intrigue and more secrets.
Reading from Donatella's POV was a good change because of her confidence. Discovering more about the fates and Legend added depth to the story, and Jacks' character was a delightful and fun addition. The push and pull between Tella and Dante kept the romantic tension high, and the magic woven throughout the plot was captivating. The game plot in this installment was also easier to follow, making for a smoother reading experience.
