The Happiness Hypothesis: Finding Modern Truth in Ancient Wisdom by Jonathan Haidt

informative inspiring medium-paced

2.75

A helpful, practical intro into psychological science in the beginning, but it eventually completely lost me as it got too far up its own ass with its analysis of a "vertical dimension of divinity"; which seems to me like an unscientific hypothesis about spirituality. The first half is worth the read, though.
