When I entered this book on Goodreads I saw a lot of different reviews. People seemed to love it or hate it. I liked this book. It was a character-driven story and the ending TOTALLY caught me by surprise. (Meaning who Macon ended up with.) There were some interesting points about dealing with grief, about getting stuck in your routine. I'm not sure I had an affinity for any of the characters. I wasn't "rooting" for any of them, but I liked seeing where they were going, what they were going to choose.
