This was an interesting read with many highly enjoyable essays. Although it is still a bit difficult to read about COVID, many parts of this collection were genuinely amusing and brought back moments that I had forgotten about. It could have been about 100 pages shorter though. Although a lot of the more personal essays were gripping, there was a lot of repetition in those essays that focused on journalism more broadly. Still a very interesting and worthwhile read.
