This is the third book by Khoury that I've read with each one, while I enjoy the plot and characters, they could be about 50 pages shorter. I like the way the author mixes science, religion, and politics to create a compelling thriller. Some people will not appreciate his take on religion in the end, but I found myself agreeing with his thoughts and "solution" to the problems presented.
