This author has a different writing feel that took me a bit to get into but when I did, I really enjoyed it. The setting is future Earth where a virus has turned people into zombie like creatures. One community is trying to find a cure and doing horrific things to do so. I loved the twist in the middle of the story with the two main female characters. I loved Wren. Six and Wren's story has me hooked and I'll be checking out the future books. .
