I am genuinely shocked that this story sucked me in like it did!! My first thought when I picked this book up was “in what world does a romance book need to be this long for.” After reading, I realized this world. Not only does it need to be the 600+ pages it is but it needs more (yes ik keeping 13 exists.) esp after that cliffhanger!!

This book is for any and all 16 year olds out there battling with yearning, anxiety, pressure, and the overall need to not feel alone.

Ugh if I didn’t have the biggest crush on smby like I do rn I just wouldn’t understand why or how Johnny and Shannon even developed attraction to each other. But hey I understand the feeling of looking over at that one person and just wanting them. Wanting their connection and company and touch. Even if she got her own friends and doesn’t even so much as look at you…

Gosh what I’m saying is, Shannon and johnny done what I wish I could in the most perfectly dramatic and awkward way.
