I read somewhere that this book is Practical Magic meets The House in the Cerulean Sea and I can't imagine a more apt description! There is magic and witchcraft, love and found family, and a delightful, diverse cast of characters. I didn't think cozy fantasy was my thing (with the exception of THITCS) but this was practically perfect from the beginning.
