“There are a lot of children in Afghanistan, but little childhood.”
I will rate it above average. Considering all the hype around the book it didn't live up to my expectations.
Frankly, I can't even imagine the turmoils people living in Afghanistan witnessed and still experience.
Hard to believe we live in the 21st century where wars and civil wars are still prominent.
Hope things go back to normal in Afghanistan soon.
