I didn’t love this book. Probably a good read for YA lovers, just a bit too juvenile for me. Mainly because when her father dies, her grief lasts all of ten seconds, and comes back only as a shoddy plot device. Despite the attempt at a greater plot, the only thing that makes this worth reading is the love triangle, which even that is not the best. Theo is a dick, Paul was attempted to be written as the strong silent type, but really just comes off bland. A good enough story. Not very fulfilling.
Graphic: Death of parent
Minor: Murder
