Thank you to the publisher for an early copy of Bad Luck Bridesmaid

Okay, I'm going to be honest, I did not finish this book. I made it to 60%, so I am counting is a read book.

From the moment chapter four started, I knew I was not going to enjoy this book. The way the story was being told in the first 30ish% was unenjoyable and felt like I was being given too much information in a rushed time. I'm not sure why the author decided to start the story off with an entirely long recap just to get to her best friend's wedding events.

The characters were not enjoyable, I didn't understand the decisions of the writing/story-telling, this book just is for me at all. I really tried. I really tried. But chapter twenty-two and mid chapter twenty-three was my breaking point.

Even though I only made it 60%, I will still be rating this book as I feel I read enough to be able to.

Also, there is a quote that involves Martin Luther King Jr. and Coretta Scott King's relationship that just... I didn't really think it needed to be included in this story. Could be that I'm nitpicking, but I felt what I felt.
