Ever Mine
by Laura Pavlov
Ever Mine is a second-chance romance, where two soulmates find their way to each other. Everly Thomas hasn't spoken to Hawk Madden since she broke up with him nine years ago. Now he is the NHL golden boy, and she has been hired by his team as a sports psychologist to work with him.
Hawk Madden has never gotten over Everly, the only woman he has ever loved. Now, they are back in Honey Mountain to work together. While both try to maintain a professional stance, old feelings resurface because, in a way, they both slowly rediscover the things they loved.
There is a lot of grief and feelings to unpack, but their journey is beautiful. Laura Pavlov always manages to deliver epic and profound stories that make me smile. The road might be full of bumps, and yet is mesmerizing. Ever Mine is infused with slow-burn, hilarious moments, comfortable banter, and great characters. Because let's be honest, the Thomas sisters are a force to be reckoned with.
