This is a series that I am completely hooked on. Currently listening to the audio drama after having just finished this entry in the series. In this chapter, we finally get a peek into the nature of the Elders and some additional focus on the Maxholx clan.
Skippy continues to amuse with the antics he creates with the crew. Nagatha remains a favorite character of mine and I love how her role is shifting. I saw an immediate connection to the movie Prometheus at one point in the story. I also enjoyed the way this chapter in the series got its name and the creativity Craig put into solving some of these complex problems that Joe and the crew find themselves in.
That said, I am saddened as I have yet to experience more Nert. I am hoping we take a trip back to Paradise soon. I am also very interested in learning more about the collective mentioned early on in the series.
This was another fun entry in the series and you really get to hear R.C. Bray show off his singing skills. It is almost as if Craig is writing parts with Bob in mind (I know he does this, he has said so on his author page).
