Before We Say Goodbye by Toshikazu Kawaguchi

3.0

Some touching moments, especially the story about the dog--unexpected! After reading 4 books, the reader knows how the time travel works in the cafe, so I found the descriptions repetitive and, I dare say, boring. It is helpful for those who pick up this book without reading the others in the series (like I did with the second book). There wasn't a new lesson that readers learned from this book than any of the others--live happily, live fully for those we have lost would want nothing more. It was hard to get through sometimes. Nevertheless, I still found reading it enjoyable. I give Before We Say Goodbye 3 stars.
