wow. such an amazing book through n through. it was very hard to read at times but i think that makes the book even better because how overpowering it is emotionally. the writing is also so beautiful i love how glasgow puts just simple things into such pretty words. the book can be triggering at times though and that’s another thing to keep in mind. but overall the story and the characters and writing are so so well done and i know im gonna be thinking ab this one for months :”)
