Mostly a great book! Some of the physicians are a bit fatphobic though, which did frustrate me. And the chapter on diet made very large claims with no references to back them up. But overall, this is a very important book for people who suffer from hEDS / HSD and the people around them. I learned a lot from this book, and it will improve my life going forward.
