It's an amazing read! Same vibes with Pack Darling so if you've read that book and loved it, then you'll love this one too. I think Blood Brothers Duet is a bit much darker, though, and although they have the same vibes (omegaverse, male omega, grovelling), its story is quite different.

Anyway, if you're into:

• A bit of stepbrother romance (but they're really not step siblings)
