Forgiveness is a huge part of life, whether it’s us being the ones to do the act or someone else. Isaac’s father Jacob is dying and proceeds to write letters to his son before he passes away. We learn a tremendous amount about Jacob but I wish we had gotten more of Isaac and his mother. Its mostly sad but very much human in learning to unlearn a lot of outdated views. I do wish there had been a sexual assault content warning in the beginning as well.
