Fun romantic suspense novel
This was such an entertaining read! I hadn’t read anything by Sian Ann Bessey before this book and I am pretty sure I’ll be reading more of hers in the near future. The romance was there, the action was enticing, and I loved the mystery behind this story’s jewelry heist.
Gracie was a refreshing character who sees the best in people and just wants to be helpful. She literally gave up so much just to help Dorcas discover what happened to her missing jewelry. I appreciated the building romance between Quinn and Gracie because it seemed natural and I did not have to shake the book and get after Quinn for being too stupid, like I have to do with some books.
