A fun, light, sexy read. I liked that it focused on adult entertainers, touched on corruption in the industry AND that the emphasis was on pleasure for female bodies, and pushing against the typical focus of mainstream porn. Would love if the project in the book was real! There were some nice spicy scenes.
Things I was less of a fan of:
1. Falling in love so hard so quickly is a tough sell for me as a reader. I know it’s necessary for a lot of these books but it felt inauthentic. Would have preferred if this was dialed back personally. As long as you suspend disbelief a bit, still able to read along and have fun.
2. Of course the MMC has a massive dick and it’s obsessed about, but also not an issue for the FMC?? It’s fitting for this book given his profession, but it’s a detail that will always get a bit of an eye roll from me.
3. The weight and worry of all of these scandals in Clara’s family just seemed like not that big of a deal? Or not explained well enough to feel like her concerns were justified.
Overall, a nice light fun read to have in the mix.
