This is a confusing psychological thriller. Didn't capture my interest enough for this to be a page turner either.
The main character has a type of blindness that doesn't allow her to see movement. She swears someone keeps breaking into her apartment at night who smells of bergamot. Meanwhile, she befriends her new neighbor who is in an abusive relationship. People also die here and there...from old age, cancer, and a heart attack. She also kind of likes a guy who works at the bookstore. Like ok. Wasn't a fan of the story or the ending.

Graphic: Domestic abuse, Panic attacks/disorders, Murder, Toxic friendship
Moderate: Ableism, Alcoholism, Sexual assault, Suicide, Death of parent, Gaslighting
Minor: Cancer
