I used to listen to T.R. Reid on Morning Edition when he was located in Japan. He was always amusing, with interesting commentary about Japanese culture. So I was looking forward to this book once I heard someone interviewing him about it.
It doesn't disappoint. You would think, after the horrendous debates in Washington, that health care would be the last thing you would want to read about. But he supplies what the political conversation lacked: objective, balanced information full of human interest.
