Queen's Peril by E.K. Johnston

4.0

I did really love this book and again, as with Queen’s Peril it was great to get to know Padmé and her handmaidens even more. However I just wish it could have been a bit longer.

There were points that I think could have been fleshed out more and I do think the section of the book that occurred during the events of The Phantom Menace were a little bit too fast-paced and could have benefited from a little bit more time spent.

I still adored it as I will with any book about Padmé there were some really awesome sections about Naboo and how the monarchy works. As with Queen’s Shadow there was a lovely about of flavour text that will makes watching The Phantom Menace richer on my next watch.
