I listened to this book, as read by David Sedaris. I think having him read it himself was quite useful .... it added just the tone he meant it to have, especially since it is about his own life and experiences. The collection of small stories included some that are laugh-out-loud hilarious, while others just give a little window into his life. It made me think a lot about the fact that any family, or any person, taken in bits seems entirely strange and out of place. Interesting and funny ... it was a great book to listen to.
