Hate to Love You by Jennifer Sucevic
3.0
Okay guys, cmon. Garrett Graham is not an archetype.
So let's not focus on the poor man's Graham, but on our lovely Natalee. A couple things I really liked about her story. 1. Yelling at the 27 year old step mom who thought it would be fun to randomly appear. God, that part was so gratifying. Honestly, I think I would've hated this book if she didn't have the back bone that she does. ALTHOUGH. Quick point, I love how she is completely unwilling to move on (considering it happened like, 6 months prior) for the sole reason that she does not want to.
Good for her. I know there's this whole thing of forgive and forget but people seem to forget that never speaking to someone again is also an option. I heavily voted for that one especially with the bimbo but alas. And yes. I will call her a bimbo. Is this v feminist of me? No. but god does it feel RIGHT.
Anywhom, it's a little swoony and a little cute but it is just another hockey romance with the Graham archetype.
