Listen, let me say this. Theo is SOMETHING else. I love him. I wasn’t expecting to love and empathize with Winter so much either but damn she grew on me fast. Another top-tier couple given to us by Mother Elsie. Also Peter and Vivi made this book they were so stinking wholesome.
Getting more backstory on Winter and Summer’s life was something I enjoyed immensely in this book. After I read Flawless I was Winter’s number 1 hater but the fact she grew so much and the reasonings behind why she was so cold towards her sister made so much more sense. The lore was deep. Theo was such a good dad and the fact Geoff (of course the one who kept him out of the loop was some mfer with a name spelled like that too similar to Joffrey iykyk)got his was SATISFYING.
All that being said Cade is still my main Chestnut Springs cowboy IM SORRY. 🫣
