I had a fun time reading this book. It was predictable and at times cringey, but it had a fun premise and good tension building. The world building was easy to follow and the fight scenes were energetic and sexy. The beginning was a lot in the main characters heads but the end really picked up and left me wanting to read the next book in the series straight away.
