Another beautifully rendered addition to this series that explored the necessary balance of light and dark and the unbalanced realities of a life without sun. Bea continues to grow in her confidence and quick thinking, and had moments that held space for everything she had gone through and was feeling. She and Cad and their collected crew of adventurers seek to restore balance through light and sun to their world. This also delved deeper into the stories of mythology of this world which was beautifully somber.
I look forward to the next of this series and getting to continue exploring the world with these characters. It is especially welcome in a time where we are all gathering our courage and confidence to keep fighting for the right balance in our world.
