Fine Tuned: A Fake Dating Sports Romance Novella by Annmarie Boyle

4.0

This is my first time reading this author and I’m glad I took a chance. In Fine Tuned we meet Jessica - a busy, hardworking single mom and Mick - hot, hot football player who is just trying to get his post football life in order, especially setting up and working with his foundation. There is the perfect meet cute and that’s where things get complicated.

This novella is part of a series but can be read as a stand-alone even though I feel reading Avery (Amy-Lynn) and Matt’s story would have been helpful in understanding some of Jessica’s reluctance and fears in this story.

I picked this book because football - DUH! But if you’re looking for some football this may not be the book for you… this is more a love story between a girl and guy who just happens to play football and in that - it excelled.

Jessica and Mick had their lives planned out and love wasn’t in their immediate plans but while they were busy making plans life just happened! Definitely glad I grabbed this ARC.

I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
