This run on Daredevil does put him through the ringer like many other writers have but Mark Waid keeps it light and fast moving. All the artists on this volume do some really interesting things to make sure you’re definitely seeing things through Matt Murdock’s particular point of view given his power set. A fantastic Daredevil omnibus that’s nowhere near as dark as most writers runs on the book get. Definitely need to track down the second omnibus volume.
Moderate: Body horror, Violence, and Ableism
Minor: Chronic illness, Gun violence, Gore, and Kidnapping
It’s kind of like a Daredevil book for people that like lighter Spider-Man stories and his quips mixed with interpersonal dramas.
