This book felt like wandering through the minds of three people at leisure. As a university English student, I related deeply to Madeleine’s views of university English classes. As a Christian, I recognised friends of similar but not the same faith in Mitchell. If you find human nature and character interesting, and don't need a thrilling plot to stay invested, this book will be perfect for you.
